  • Finance: Drive the adoption of efficient processes and technology to support strategic finances, and to streamline communication with external accounting.
  • Growth & culture building: Creatively support our rapid growth to a leading powerhouse of parking and EV charging technology, eliminating bottlenecks and bureaucracy while maintaining a mind for employee performance and satisfaction.
  • Business development & sales: Work together with our CEO to support and refine our sales pipeline, with a commitment to efficient processes and the essential relationship of customer ROI to our financial strategy. Share the load in communicating-with and maintaining customers, including crafting proposals, reviewing contracts, and preparing reports.
  • Corporate Processes: Contribute to the preparation of internal and investor communication and reporting, including monthly shareholder reports, Board of Directors meeting preparation, company update meetings. Manage the cadence and follow-through for executive team meetings, and aid in shaping and monitoring core value drivers and OKRs.

  • Experience with financial modeling and enterprise resource planning strategies.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to learn and adapt quickly in new situations.
  • Ability to proactively manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: you are a capable public speaker and confident writer with a firm grasp of the English language. You can distill complex ideas for non-experts.
