Overview:
Our CEO is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to manage significant administrative tasks and support the fast-paced operations of a rapidly expanding company (400% annual growth). This role is crucial for relieving the CEO of administrative burdens and ensuring smooth day-to-day management of his responsibilities, allowing him to focus on strategic initiatives and growth acceleration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Agenda Management: Organize and manage the CEO's calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings, events, and deadlines.
- Task Coordination: Track and follow up on tasks and projects assigned by the CEO to ensure timely and quality completion by the CEO and the team.
- Meeting Support: Prepare and manage materials for meetings, including agendas, briefing documents, and minutes.
- Communication Management: Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, handling correspondence and ensuring prompt responses.
- Report and Presentation Preparation: Compile, draft, and polish reports and presentations for Board of Directors (BOD) meetings and other high-level engagements.
- Logistics Coordination: Manage the logistics of meetings, events, and travel arrangements for the CEO.
- Administrative Efficiency: Handle general administrative duties such as organizing files, maintaining records, and streamlining administrative processes or office supplies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
