Werkstudent - CEO-Büro

Role:

We are seeking motivated students to join our M&A and corporate development team as soon as possible. As a working student or full-time intern, you will work closely with the CEO and the leadership team incl. our investors, to support M&A activities, market analysis, and strategic planning. Your contributions will span the full scope of M&A activities from preparing material for outreach, defining target lists, target outreach and screening, due diligence, as well as financial modeling, as well as integration support. This role offers you a chance to deepen your understanding of corporate growth, enhance your analytical skills, and make a meaningful impact on ShareP’s expansion initiatives. If you’re driven and eager to apply your knowledge in real-world M&A, you are an ideal candidate. This role offers excellent training for candidates seeking to begin their full-time careers in a buy-side or M&A-related position over the coming 12-18 months. 

What we are looking for:

•  Extensive previous internship experience at top-tier alternative investment firms, investment banks, or consulting firms.
  
•  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  
•  Impeccable organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and research skills incl. extensive experience in financial modeling. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
