Junior Electrical Technical Coordinator | CEO’s Office

Job description:

 We are seeking a Junior Electrical Technical Coordinator to assist in managing and coordinating the technical aspects of customer projects. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will support the handling of resources and coordination from a technical standpoint. You will help set and achieve objectives, maintain project quality, interact with clients and vendors, and act as a support to the senior team members. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management and grow within a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in analyzing customer project requirements and ensuring proper implementation.
  
• Help perform on-site troubleshooting and minor fixes when necessary.
• Support small installations and technical setups.
  
• Coordinate with external B2B contractors, particularly electricians, under the guidance of senior team members.
• Assist with ordering necessary equipment and ensuring timely delivery. 
• Prepare technical offers and support the senior team with technical expertise. 
• Help organize and oversee installations, integrations, and setups alongside the in-house software team. 
• Manage troubleshooting under supervision and resolve minor technical issues. 
• Complete necessary documentation and submit it to relevant institutions (e.g., EKZ, EWZ, BKW). 
• Track project progress, milestones, and assist in maintaining quality control. 
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of best practices.
  

Qualifications:

• Fachschule degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field.
  
• Excellent communication and basic leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and Autocad (is a plus).
  
• Familiarity with Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail. 
•  Willingness to learn and grow in a technical project coordination role.
