Job description:
We are seeking a Client Manager to join our dynamic team in Wrocław. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new parking facilities for our clients, managing key relationships, and supporting revenue growth through the optimization of pricing, offerings, and contracts across various locations. The position requires frequent travel within Poland and direct interactions with clients and users on-site.
Key responsibilities:
- Acquiring New Facilities: Effectively acquire and establish partnerships with new parking locations in line with client needs.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and long-term partnership.
- Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to increase revenue by implementing enhanced parking solutions, tailored packages, and pricing strategies.
- Location Analysis: Evaluate parking locations to provide insights that enhance operational efficiency and deliver maximum value to customers.
- Contract Management: Coordinate contracts and partnerships with clients, developing customized pricing packages and service plans.
Qualifications:
- Languages: Fluent in English (knowledge of French or German will be an advantage).
- Driving Skills: Experience as a driver, as the role requires frequent travel to various parking locations.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer relations, account management, or operational roles is preferred.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and meet client expectations.
